Perhaps you've been curious. Maybe you used to knit and have forgotten how to start. Or your book club could use a new focus. Perhaps you want to put down your phone for an hour.

I am a lifelong knitter and crochet-er with an MFA (masters of fine arts) with 20+ years of experience teaching at the college level.

The process is easy:

1. Book a time here.

2. I confirm.

3. I arrive on-site and spend an hour teaching you how to knit or crochet.

** for safety sake if we don't have a common connection then let's meet in a third space!

Pricing is always $75/hour, whether we are working one on one or you have a few friends for a knitting night. My rate doesn't change.

Materials:

-- For an additional $30 per person, I can provide a starter kit of colorful merino yarn and appropriate needles / crochet hook.

-- I can send you a document that will help you source your own yarn and needles or hook.

-- You can pull out the project you started long ago and I can get you back on track! No new materials necessary!

At the end of the hour I will provide lots of resources so that you can keep up your momentum on your own, or you can book a few hours over a few weeks so that you can quickly gain some proficiency with a real live human instructor.
